1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Tasksphere (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. User accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for safeguarding your credentials. One account per person.
3. Candidate obligations
Candidates agree to perform tasks honestly, complete verification assessments without assistance, deliver work that meets task requirements, and not misrepresent identity, skills, or location.
4. Organization obligations
Organizations agree to post lawful tasks with accurate pay, hours, and requirements, review submissions in good faith, pay verified completed work promptly, and not solicit candidates off-platform to avoid fees.
5. Payments & fees
Organizations are charged a platform fee on each completed task. Candidates receive their stated pay minus any payout-provider fees. Disputes are resolved through our review process.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing within a task, work product produced by a candidate for an organization belongs to that organization upon payment. The Tasksphere platform, brand, and code remain our property.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time from settings.
8. Limitation of liability
Tasksphere is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction Placeholder]. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
