1. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, country, date of birth), verification data (assessment results, identity documents when L3), task activity (applications, messages, payouts), and technical data (IP, device, browser).
2. How we use your data
To operate the platform, match you with relevant tasks or candidates, verify identity and competence, process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data sharing
We never sell personal data. We share necessary information with organizations you apply to, payout providers you choose, and service providers under contract (hosting, analytics, identity verification). Sub-processors are listed in our Data Processing Addendum.
4. Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active and up to 24 months afterward for legal and accounting reasons. Verification data may be kept longer where law requires.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from account settings, or by contacting privacy@tasksphere.example. EU and UK users have full GDPR rights including the right to object and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
