1. Respectful conduct
Treat candidates, organizations, and staff with respect. Communicate clearly and professionally in messages, pitches, and reviews.
2. No spam or fake profiles
Do not create fake profiles, post duplicate tasks, send unsolicited bulk messages, or attempt to circumvent platform features.
3. No harassment
Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexually explicit content directed at any person are strictly prohibited.
4. Consequences
Violations are handled progressively: warning → temporary suspension → permanent ban. Severe violations (fraud, threats, illegal content) result in immediate, permanent removal.
5. Reporting
Report violations from any task, message, or profile page using the Report option, or email trust@tasksphere.example. Reports are confidential.
6. Positive community values
Be honest, be helpful, be reliable. Deliver what you promised. Pay what you owe. Leave the people you work with better than you found them.
